We are proud to feature Northern California's first and only purpose built facility entirely dedicated to the business of vehicle wraps. Our facility was built from the ground up to accommodate the largest of vehicles in a state-of-the art space.
Design & Production
The first stage in our vehicle wrap process starts with the design and pre-production. Our design office employs 3 fully loaded design computers running 64bit Windows Vista. Our machines are loaded with 16gb of ram, Pentium Quad Core processors and backed up with uninterupted power supplies to ensure that your jobs are turned around quickly and your files are kept secure for future use.
Level 1 backups are created daily both on-site and off to even further protect your intellectual property. All of our design stations are equipped with dual 22" wide screen monitors that are Pantone corrected daily.
Our software packages include the full Creative Suite 4 from Adobe, as well as templating systems from The Bad Wrap and Digital Designware.
Clean Room
Printing and laminating your vehicle wrap is as important as the installation itself. Because of this we have had a negatively pressurized, hepa filtered clean room built to house our array of Mutoh Value Jet printers. This room evacuates 6000 cfm of air every minute to ensure that your prints are created and laminated in a dust free environment. This guarantees no particles will contaminate your finished product.
Our clean room also features 20 core stations to allow the out-gassing of solvent gas from your prints to meet 3M warranty standards.
Vehicle Bay
The final step in the process of your vehicle wrap is the installation. Our installation bay can handle the largest of vehicles to ensure that your wrap is installed in a climate-controlled, wind and dust free environment. At 60' x 30 ', it's the largest bay of it's kind in Northern California. Our 14' door with 20' ceilings allows us to bring the largest of vehicles inside to include full size buses and semi-truck trailers.
Our vehicle bay features such amenities as a new 5-ton, high efficiency A/C unit, full circumference h/d lighting set at 48" in 8' ballasts, as well as shop-keepers insurance to protect your valuable assets.
We think green
Our environment is very important to us. We believe that the world that we work in is as important as how we run our business. We are proud to be a member of SMUD's Greenergy program supplying us with energy from green sources. We use no VOC chemicals in the cleaning of our vehicles and every cleaner we use is certified biodegradable. Our facility also features sky lights that during normal business hours typically provide 100% of the light we use to do our job.
